No payment details, and nothing knowingly collected from anyone under 13.

To send the newsletter, answer your messages, improve what we publish, and report aggregate audience numbers to sponsors. Sponsors never receive your email address or anything personal about you.

Only the providers that keep this running: Kit for email, Skool for the community, and our hosting provider. Each is bound by its own privacy terms.

No ad trackers, no cookie banners, no popups. Our email provider may set a cookie when you submit a form, and newsletter links may carry tracking parameters so we can see which stories land.

Every email has a one-click unsubscribe. You can also email us to see, correct, or delete your data. We honor GDPR and CCPA style requests from anyone, wherever you live.

We keep your data while you're subscribed, plus a short suppression window so you aren't re-added by mistake. It's stored with our providers under industry-standard protections. No system is perfect, so we keep what we collect small.
